What We’re Looking For

Medical Duties
- Phlebotomy and lab sample collection
- Patient restraint for exams, diagnostics & procedures
- Surgical and anesthesia assistance
- Wound care and bandage application
- Administering medications and educating clients
- Monitoring recovery and alerting DVMs to concerns
Client & Clinic Support
- Professional, warm communication with clients
- Patient check-in/out and basic record entry
- General housekeeping and restocking
- Cross-trained for front desk or phones a plus
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of veterinary clinic experience (required)
- Dermatology or specialty experience a plus
- Able to lift 40 lbs and stay active across an 8-hour shift
- Dependable attendance and a team-first mindset
As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventative care — collaborating closely with our skilled support staff and medical director to ensure every pet and owner receives outstanding care.

- Perform physical exams, diagnostics & treatments

Requirements
- DVM or equivalent from an accredited school
- Active Florida license (or ability to obtain)
- 1+ year clinical experience preferred — new grads welcome
- Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to continuous learning
Our Client Service Representatives are the face of our hospital — providing professional, compassionate, efficient service while supporting the clinical team with scheduling, communication, and follow-up.

- Answer calls, respond to emails, schedule appointments

- Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized
Requirements
- 1+ year in a veterinary or medical front-desk role (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Tech-savvy with scheduling software
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
